Folsom Cafe Of Life Chiropractor: Folsom Life Chiropractic
Dr. Geoffrey Allen, DC graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Bradford College in Massachusetts and then embarking on a variety of careers including teaching, modeling, marketing and business ownership. His interest in the workings of the body began in school, where as an athlete, a student of anatomy, physiology and nutrition, a weight trainer and an avid cyclist, he immersed himself in ways to learn and teach about physical and mental health. He strongly believes in the mind-body connection and runs a patient-centered holistic practice that espouses total health. He has been a personal trainer for over 9 years.

He is the proud father of three active little sons and thus has immediate rapport with children of all ages. His success with young athletes is partly built upon his communication skills honed by his teaching experiences and also by his respect for the fragile growing body. He is also very attuned to the special requirements of adults, pregnant women and senior citizens. Furthermore, as a survivor of an automobile accident caused by a drunk driver in another vehicle, he knows first-hand how miraculous good chiropractic care can be, especially when coupled with a customized exercise therapy and determination.
